Do you keep in touch on a regular basis?
We pride ourselves in regular customer communication, each week once we have applied updates and carried out any regular maintenance we will send you an email asking you to login to your WP Tech Support portal to view your latest dashboard report.
Unlimited emergency fixes?
For Pro and Business plan customers we offer unlimited emergency fixes for the life of your plan. Any fix to your current WordPress site is covered no matter how big or small. This excludes issues with any new development/functionality that has been added.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-6 pm ET. We respond to all requests within 4 business hours (often MUCH sooner) and strive to complete all Help Desk Support requests within 8 business hours or less.
Do you maintain and support WooCommerce websites?
Yes, we absolutely LOVE e-commerce! Websites with advanced functionality like e-commerce require our Support or Support PRO plan. E-commerce sites require additional support in order to properly manage them, so it’s imperative that we dedicate the necessary resources in order to keep your site fast and secure with 100% uptime.
What happens if a plugin update crashes my website?
We won’t let that happen. In case there is a plugin which isn’t behaving well, we will rollback to a stable version, and let you know.
Can multiple websites receive Support under one plan?
Each domain (website.com, subdomain.website.com, etc) requires it’s own plan, either Secure, Support, or Support PRO. If you have 3 websites that you would like us to maintain and manager, you’ll need 3 separate plans.development/functionality that has been added.
